FINALLY: a response to my questions about Amnesty's position on incitement to violence at the Walthamstow protest. It's a step in the right direction, but much more needs to be done.
I see Sacha Deshmukh is part of the LGBTQ+ community whatever that really means. However I see that he worked at Stonewall and Smart Energy GB, the later compaigning for the roll out of Smart Meters which are not that smart.
Like Sacha Deshmukh. He should be ahamed of himself.
To be fair they did put that note out the day after but it was clearly bollocks as she was standing right beside the guy and was clearly listening to what he said. At the very least the "volunteer" should be asked to "unvolunteer" and not cross Amnesty's door ever again but as she is a woman that will never happen. Note that if you asked Amnesty to define a woman they wouldn't be able to do it but they know she is one and would never diss a sister fighting against the non-existent white man's patriarchy with them.
In short... Amensty Aint no human right's outfit... it's a nother progpaganda gaslighing outfit
Many thanks Ben for this update. There is some info on Sacha Deshmukh.
