Hi James.

My name is Benjamin Rubin.

I'm a British citizen.

Born in 1981.

I've spent the past 18 years working in the consulting industry. The last 10, in particular, focused on digitisation of large parts of the economic system.

This involved transforming how companies and industries operate using advanced technologies like mobile devices, applications, blockchain, artificial intelligence and machine learning. All the components of the '4th Industrial Revolution’.

I've worked at senior levels across much of the system, for leading corporate clients in the media, telecoms, technology, retail, banking, payments, healthcare, insurance and pharmaceutical industries as well as for various government departments.

In 2015 I was part of the leadership team at a strategic design and innovation consultancy that was acquired by one of the global 'Big-4' Audit and Management Consulting firms. I became a Director in the firm and helped lead the post-merger integration between the two entities which also involved working on the digitisation of substantial chunks of the firm's European and Global advisory businesses.

This has given me a fairly comprehensive understanding of how the components of our 21st Century, tech-enabled, hyper-globalised economic system fit together.

UK health system corruption

I have huge respect for the NHS’s founding principles of delivering high-quality, free-at-the-point-of-access healthcare to the British people. This is a bold and noble ambition and one we should seek to protect.

Unfortunately, having analysed the system in detail over the past few years, reading its strategic plans and taking time to speak with citizens, clinicians, managers and other stakeholders at various levels, I’m increasingly concerned about the direction things are heading.

We’ve been warned for years about creeping ‘privatisation’ of the NHS. In reality this has already happened. Although it presents itself as a publicly-funded service, the NHS spends significant and largely unaccountable sums of tax-payer money every year on a huge collection of corporate interests:

• £17.8bn a year to Big Pharma. Projected to expand given proposals for e.g. a constantly growing vaccine programme. (NB - I overstated this figure as £25bn in the Delingpod interview, apologies)

• £50bn still owed on Private Finance Initiative contracts where struggling NHS Trusts have been locked into extremely unfavourable terms that have nothing to do with delivering value to taxpayers.

• £2bn a year on external consultants.

• £10s-of-billions throughout the pandemic to PPE manufacturers in highly controversial deals. Some of them demonstrably criminal.

• £100-plus-billion throughout the pandemic on programmes like Test & Trace (£37bn) and Operation Moonshot (£100bn), with significant amounts going to private outsourcers like Serco and Deloitte for almost zero discernible benefit. Although we’ve been left with the infrastructure for a biosecurity state.

There is a revolving door between top-level public and private roles, with many NHS colleagues holding highly-lucrative, extra-curricula private sector positions. Often these are blatant conflicts of interest.

Much of this corruption relates to the food and pharmaceutical industry. As a Trustee of public health charity, Public Health Collaboration, I’ve seen first hand the enormous positive impact that simple changes to diet and lifestyle could have on the nation’s health. We can demonstrate, for example, that combatting the root causes of diabetes could save up to £40bn a year in NHS costs and drastically improve the lives of millions of people around the UK. Unfortunately, vested interests in the food and pharmaceutical industries stand in the way, enabled by corrupt officials right up to the top level of the system.

Beyond Big Food and Pharma, much of the corruption relates to technology; something the health service is notoriously bad at buying, building and deploying. Major technology programmes consistently fail due to a combination of internal politics, Ministerial fiddling, a ‘big IT’ mentality within NHS teams, a chronic addiction to outsourcers and an apparent inability to make sensible, coherent decisions about how the system should be built.

This institutional ineptitude allows private sector providers like Babylon to trade at huge valuations predicated on their ability to ‘outperform’ public health systems whilst enjoying privileged access to highly sensitive patient data.

Elsewhere, Google, AWS and Microsoft are all positioned to deliver the enormous volumes of cloud computing power required by the ‘NHS-as-a-platform’ model envisaged by political, clinical and operational leaders. All of these firms have engaged, and continue to engage, in censorship of valid clinical debate about COVID19 and our systemic response over the past 3 years. Which begs the question, why would we allow them to operate inside our health system?

It seems clear the NHS is fundamentally broken and needs to be rebuilt.

Genomics England and the War for our DNA

In 2021 I spent some time working with a respected boutique consulting firm who’ve pioneered a new paradigm of strategic advisory services in ‘Data Ethics’. They help technology companies deploy Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into sensitive environments such as the health system.

As part of this engagement I was introduced to and had two 40-minute video calls with Chris Wigley, the Chief Executive of a UK Government entity called Genomics England. This is a highly unusual organisation which operates as a hybrid Public / Private partnership funded by UK Gov, but working closely with Big Pharma and Big Tech. (Video 1, at the bottom of the article provides more background).

Genomics England is owned by the current serving UK Health Secretary. Whoever holds that position any given moment is the sole shareholder of the organisation. Matt Hancock has spoken about his pride in being that individual at the World Economic Forum (Video 2).

The platform is presented as a paradigm shift in healthcare that will unlock a new wave of therapies for diseases like cancer and cystic fibrosis. UK Government’s Genome UK report, written by Lord Bethel, sets out a plan to create the most advanced genomic healthcare ecosystem in the world, where government, the NHS, research and technology communities work together to embed the latest advances in patient care.

Unfortunately I believe it would be more accurately described as a slave platform, where Big Pharmaceutical and Technology companies pay for access to our most sensitive personal data (our DNA) in order to mine us at a genetic level for opportunities to make money. Making it first and foremost the enabler of a ‘bio-technological industry’ (as described by Benjamin Netanyahu), built primarily to make money for UK Plc and its international partners. (Video 3)

More worryingly, I believe it has the potential to be a Manhattan Project for Eugenics, the ideological movement which inspired the Nazi concentration camps. The platform could be used, for example, to create hyper-targeted toxins and/or viruses that are lethal to micro-segments of our population - i.e. enabling precision ethnic cleansing. Given the ongoing systemic abuse around COVID, I see no reason to assume this kind of capability isn’t on the agenda of those building the platform.

Governance is of serious concern. The Genomics England Board includes people like Sir John Bell, who led the Oxford AstraZeneca COVID Vaccine programme which was rapidly taken off the market early in the pandemic due to an inexcusable number of deaths and injuries. He is also a member of SAGE (who backed COVID lockdowns) and sits on the government’s vaccine taskforce. And let’s not forget this remarkable slip of the tongue on Channel 4 News:

Oh John Snow…

In my opinion Sir John Bell should not be in his position as chair of GE’s Scientific Advisory Committee.

GE was Chaired until late 2019 by Dido Harding, close associate of Boris Johnson. A woman I believe is deeply untrustworthy, not least due to her involvement with the COVID Test & Trace programme, which left UK Taxpayers with a £37bn bill whilst having no discernible impact on public health.

GE is now Chaired by Tory peer, Baroness Nicola Blackwood; the youngest ever select committee chair in UK history and the only woman ever to chair the Science & Technology Select Committee. There are some interesting photos on her website.

What colours are these?

Everyday citizens have no idea the platform exists, what it represents, the ongoing corporate warfare being fought to gather their DNA, or the £10s-of-billions already being traded on the back of highly sensitive personal data via a piece of technology being funded with their taxes (circa £1bn a year from central).

In addition to this, significant amounts of the money being used to build and operate in this new market were generated from COVID Vaccines. Companies like Moderna and BioNTech are investing £100s-of-millions in genomic startups using profits from experimental gene therapies that continue to cause unparalleled damage in the UK population.

You don’t need a Phd in medical ethics to understand something is seriously wrong here. I believe the programme and the market it enables should be immediately scrapped.

Below, I’ve collated a number of videos to give greater insight into what Genomics England is and how the people running the system intend to use it.

1. Genomics England Strategy Update, 2020

A 10-minute overview of the overarching strategy from January 2020, presented by Chris Wigley (Genomics England CEO).

Key things to note from this film, downloaded from Chris Wigley’s personal vimeo:

• They are moving from being a ‘Project’ to a ‘Platform’, meaning they are an enabler of activities being carried out by partners in the NHS and Pharmaceutical industries.

• The platform is being built to make money for ‘UK plc’. In my opinion, any reference to patient benefit is dubious, and certainly not worth the risks outlined above. Especially given many serious diseases can be treated and/or avoided through simple interventions which have nothing to do with Genomics or Artificial Intelligence and everything to do with improving our food supply and living healthier lifestyles. It’s also entirely plausible that many of the chronic diseases Genomics purports to treat are being created by the Pharmaceutical companies investing in this new market.

• They are building towards a ‘national level data set’. This means all UK citizens will be on the database, whether they like it or not as gathering genetic data will become part of the neonatal pathway. I.e. they will take blood as soon as a baby emerges from the womb. The strategy will almost certainly be to expand to a global data set, as evidenced by the WHO’s focus on ‘equitable expansion of Genomics’. As far as I’m aware this has never been debated in any kind of serious public forum.

3. Benjamin Netanyahu Pfizer Lab

Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu describing a secret deal cut with Pfizer CEO Anthony Bourla to provide him with access to Israel’s own version of Genomics England (which is closely connected via the relatively tiny ecosystem of partners involved in this kind of work).

In my opinion, Netanyahu admits to a violation of the Nuremberg Code in this film by describing Israel as ‘the lab for Pfizer’ to test its COVID vaccine on a large scale population.

4. Illumina CEO at the World Economic Forum 2023

Francis de Souza, the CEO of Illumina (US corporation that builds genetic sequencing technologies) talking about the digitisation of biology and his vision for the future of healthcare.

de Souza states in this film that Illumina created the genetic sequence for COVID, working with the Chinese government, which was then used by Moderna and BionTech (Pfizer) to create their COVID Vaccines. As described above, the profits from those vaccines (which have likely killed and injured millions worldwide) are now being used to fund investments in Genomics startups, many of them using Illumina technology.

Illumina build the sequencing technologies used by Genomics England and are a key partner listed on the Genomics England website. They are inextricably linked to each other.

David Cameron, former UK Prime Minister who launched the 100,000 Genomes Project (a precursor to Genomics England) at the 2012 Olympic Games is a lobbyist for Illumina, recently helping them to secure a £123m contract from Matt Hancock.

5. WEF 2023 Gene Editing

“It’s going to allow us to not just edit genomes, but also write a new code for life. We’ll have write-level permissions… This has already begun, COVD19 Vaccines use engineered code in the form of messenger RNA.”

In summary, I believe Genomics and the technologies that enable it represent a fundamental attack on life itself that simply must be stopped.
