It's proper scary - if the council doesn't present a plan on how to build the required housing , they will lose their responsibility over planning and then have to enforce the government planning decisions. I may well have posted before but I have said we follow a timeline similar to WW2 only 80 years ago so this year would be the equivalent of 1945. There was a great deal of clearing up to do though after the war, so we should expect the same.
