For every single establishment shill that dislikes Anne McCloskey there is 1000 perhaps 3000 people that love her to bits.

Her bravery, generosity, sincerity, independence, defiance and that ability to stand up and speak truth to power irrespective the personal cost. or threat of punishment.

Perhaps a Derry trait carried over from the first day of the Vikings came up the Foyle.

Common Platform was introduced on the basis all parties could access the files (defence, prosecution, probation etc). It was meant to offer 'real time' results eg judgements logged immediately.

Most users hate it. Legal advisors had various strike days because it was so crap. It massively slows down the legal process because the legal advisor has to type everything up on the system before they move on.

Results, judgements, bail conditions are often recorded wrongly. This is blamed on human error but the operating system is NOT user friendly it’s laborious and simple details often have to be duplicated many times.

If there are a number of charges, and some are dropped or amended, the system keeps reverting back to all original charges. It’s very difficult to get charges wiped off the system.

Also - not all parties see the same thing! What is logged as charges 4 and 9 for the judge may appear as charges 2 and 5 for the prosecution.

Final tale - a few weeks ago a 20 week prison sentence was recorded as 12 months. Now there are no paper copies of judgements and bail condition handed out, it’s really difficult to check they have recorded stuff accurately.

Those who rule with force are there through camouflaged dishonesties. They pretend to enhance the people’s lives with the introduction of new rights, “human rights” etc. But seen as they really are: parasitical, black hat actors, non-producers, who’s un-earned incomes, prestige, and power are only advanced by separating, wedging, people away from the only right that need be protected, the unalienable right they were born with: the right of the individual, the minority of one, to do as he/she pleases so long as it does not infringe upon or harm the individual rights or person of anyone else.
